Activity Corner – Owls
I love owls, especially ones found in picture books. I’m honestly not sure why because I’m not a huge fan of birds, to begin with, but I really like owls! A quick side note, for about a year and a half, I mistakenly thought my brother’s then-girlfriend (now wife) loved owls so I kept buying her owl-themed gifts. I was mortified to learn that wasn’t necessarily the case, but my family loves to remind me of it any chance they get!

You may even be able to extend learning beyond your home. Check out your local zoo or conservation organization to see if you can see real lives up close and personal! What a great way to connect, books, crafts, and the real world!
