Activity Corner – Pointillism & Georges Seurat

Today is Georges Seurat’s birthday! Best known for his work in pointillism, Seurat’s focus on color is greatly appreciated by the art world. And seeing as polka dots are one of my favorite patterns for clothing, I wanted to share some fun books and activities that highlight dots! Whether your child doesn’t see themselves as an artist or you’re just looking for something fun to do, the activities below are a great way to learn more about an entire art movement, experience the style, and even create a masterpiece of your own!
