Top Ten Tuesday: Unlikable Characters You Can’t Help but Love

This was a tricky topic for me this week, but I think I pulled together a fun list of characters in picture books that are villains or unlikable characters, but ones that you still absolutely love! I love books like The True Story of the Three Little Pigs! for showing a “typical” villain in a new light, or a book like Those Darn Squirrels! where the crotchety old man is just too funny not to love. I hope you discover a few new unlikable characters that you can’t help but love too!
