I was spending some time looking back at all the holiday-themed lists I’ve created – Santa, reindeer, elves, Twas the Night Before Christmas, etc. But, I’ve never pulled together a list of gingerbread books!

We didn’t often make gingerbread houses or gingerbread men growing up, so it wasn’t something I’ve thought about in the past! We made a lot of other Christmas cookies. Growing up, my mom had each of my siblings and I choose our favorite cookie to bake with her. This was her way to spend a little time with each one of us individually.
