It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? 12/16/19

Last Week

I feel like most of my fall has been “one of those weeks.” Where no matter what my plans are, the universe has other ideas. I wanted to get so much reading done this week, but I ended up being at work late a few days, had to do some Christmas shopping a few nights and worked all day on Saturday too. All of those things added up to me not reading a ton.

I was able to read Dear Sweet Pea by Julie Murphy and The Tornado by Jake Burt, plus I started All the Greys on Greene Street by Laura Tucker, so I guess it wasn’t too bad. And the best part was, I enjoyed both stories and can’t wait to get back onto Greene Street when I’m finished with work today.

Here’s hoping for a better reading week!

Reading List for Week of 12/16/19

I still have grandiose plans to finish a few more titles before the end of the year. The books I currently have from the library include:

  • The Line Tender by Kate Allen
  • Lalani of the Distant Sea by Erin Entrada Kelly

Plus, I also just requested Maybe He Just Likes You by Barbara Dee and This Promise of Change: One Girl’s Story in the Fight for School Equality by Jo Ann Allen Boyce.

What are you reading this week?
