Four on Friday: Exploration
Even though winter is coming, outdoor play and exploration doesn’t have to end. My parents always took us to the zoo when it got cold (fewer people and more active animals). We went hiking on Christmas Eve a time or two. Shoveling, snowball fights, and sledding were all part of our winter fun. These books might not be set during winter, but they are all about exploring the world around you whether you live in a more rural or urban area. So today’s theme is Four on Friday: Exploration.
