It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? 10/7/19

Last Week

I don’t know how, but work continues to be a little crazy! Between an intern and working adjusted hours with her and covering shifts as necessary while we’re down a few staff members, I’ve been working my tail off! Which means, when I finally have time to read, I usually end up falling asleep!

I only got the chance to read The Secrets We Carried by Mary McNear last week – the last title in the series I started while on vacation in September. And I’m currently in the middle of Strange Birds: A Field Guide to Ruffling Feathers by Celia C. Pérez which is great, but I just haven’t found the time to finish it yet!

Reading List for Week of 10/7/19

I’ve got two more library books that I’ve got to read before they’re overdue:

  • The Spinner of Dreams by K. A. Reynolds
  • Instant Mom by Nia Vardalos

And then, I”ve got to figure out what comes next. I’ll be away for a conference over the weekend and into the first half of next week. And although the state conference is literally at the farthest point away from where I live, I’m taking a bus and hope to read a lot during those hours. What are your reading plans this week?
