Four on Friday: Take a Walk

I start every day taking my pup for a walk in the neighborhood – rain or shine, snow or heat. We’re out there at least to take a jaunt around the block and usually longer to get out her energy before work starts. After work, I get home and the pup grumbles at me until we go out for another walk before dinner. This week on Four on Friday: Take a Walk, I’m celebrating these special moments.

I really enjoy these brief moments of time that bookend my day, they give me a fresh clean start and end to my day. I love taking a few moments in nature as I tend to notice a lot more about the world around me – sunrises, wild animals, flowers, and more.
