Storytime Theme: Halloween
I promised a bunch of fall holiday storytime lesson plans, and of course I had to include Halloween! I purposely created this book list with recently published titles that you may or may not have used yet. There are some amazing Halloween picture book classics, but I’m always on the hunt for new and different titles that I haven’t seen yet and that’s what this list is!
Our library always encourages costumes for our Halloween storytime and the kids parade through the library in their costumes. The staff love seeing all the little ones and I think parents and caregivers appreciate the chance to use the costumes more than once!
